Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

Installation is parcing wrong MSI installed/uninstall code.

Steps to reproduce

winget install -e --id Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.6

Actual behavior

Installation Product Code is not correct. Trying to install it true an intunewin file with info from:
https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/blob/63f33d3656936d157516c8f7c05b6ab98cdead8e/manifests/m/Microsoft/DotNet/DesktopRuntime/6/6.0.36/Microsoft.DotNet.DesktopRuntime.6.installer.yaml

Gives installation command:

• Architecture: x64
  InstallerType: burn
  InstallerUrl: https://builds.dotnet.microsoft.com/dotnet/WindowsDesktop/6.0.36/windowsdesktop-runtime-6.0.36-win-x64.exe

Expected behavior

on the pc that has the app installed it gives:
