Description
This adds some clarification to the steps when terminating a node. There is a step where
karpenterwill wait for all VolumeAttachment resources to be removed before removing the finalizer on a node: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/karpenter/blob/v1.4.0/pkg/controllers/node/termination/controller.go#L146How was this change tested?
